Teach Me To Do – How Chocolate Is Made

One of my favorite hot beverages is warm milk with unsweetened cocoa powder. It’s warm and creamy like hot chocolate, but isn’t all disgusting sweet. It got me wondering if there would be a way to do the same thing with cold milk. Any suggestions how to make the unsweetened cocoa powder dissolve in cold milk?

Hey everyone.
I have been recently working overseas for a year. During that time I have been keeping in phone and internet contact with a girl I dated for a couple of months before I left. I’ve really fallen for her and she expresses feelings for me.
I’ve still got a month left in this country before I do home. Unfortunately, the lady has been suffering from depression for a few months. This hasn’t dampened how I feel about her. I really like her as a person.
I was thinking of contacting a florist at home and getting a small bouquet of flowers (which she loves), her favourite chocolates and a home-made card detailing how I feel about her.
I was wondering what type of flowers symbolise my unconditional feelings for her despite the hardships she’s going through. I really want to bring her some hope and to brighten her day.
Any floral ideas?

i want to make a giant (that feeds about 15) chocolate bar for a class project, something similar to a plain hershey’s bar. any recipies on how to make one? any tips? i dont have a double broiler, so how do i melt chocolate? help please

Makes me feel rotten every time I do so (which is every day at the moment incidentally!)…yet, how much better one feels if one has eaten something healthy! Fruit salad, made a big bowl of this yesterday, M&S berries, fresh chopped pineapple with its juice, some orange juice and a chopped sliced apple – delicious!.. and my daughter and I demolished it..back to the chocs after dinner …must stop this..must stop this! HELP! Any advice?

that no matter what it is or how corny it is- they have always liked you to do it for them? Even despite them getting older?
My children love it on saturday mornings when i make them chocolate chip pancakes. During the winter they also get a glass of hot cocoa.
The one Saturday I made them plain ones, my kids (both older) were really offended! They told me they liked the pancakes I made and could i make them some chocolate chips ones again. Needless to say- I havent stopped making them yet!
